Female Leadership Summer School — Warsaw

The context

Future female leaders don't lack knowledge, they lack space to shape who they become. Coming from different backgrounds, they face a shared challenge: building confidence, defining their identity and creating meaningful connection.

What we designed

A multi-day immersive leadership experience designed to go beyond learning. Through a blend of keynotes, workshops, peer exchange and informal moments, participants step out of their daily context and into a space that fosters reflection, dialogue and connection.

The outcomes

Participants leave with a stronger sense of leadership identity, deeper connections across cultures and renewed confidence to step forward. What starts as a programme becomes a network and a momentum that continues well beyond the experience.
