The context
As Eezee-IT continues to grow internationally, the key challenge was to strengthen connection across its Belgian and Moroccan teams. At the same time, a transition in leadership made this a critical moment for ensuring trust, continuity and a shared direction moving forward.
What we designed
A 3-day Team & Culture Offsite in Marrakech, creating space away from the day-to-day to reconnect on a human level. The experience blended informal moments, shared activities and a dedicated workshop on leveraging diversity as a driver of team performance, all within a safe environment to navigate this leadership transition.
The outcomes
The offsite strengthened relationships between teams, reinforced trust during the leadership change and increased mutual understanding across cultures. Participants left more connected, aligned and confident about the future direction of the organisation.
